What is Bri-Style Coaching all about?

Mind, Body & SOul

Our bodies are the mirror of our subconscious minds, meaning that whatever is going on on the inside, it is always visible on the outside.My coaching is giving you the personalised attention, the safe space & the skill-set to go within, to heal, to nurture, to (re)discover who you are as a person & to learn how you can use that knowledge to create a healthy lifestyle & to bring your desires into reality.

How it Works?

'Human Being' Focus

We start the transformation by putting the focus on the most important element in the 'manifestation' equation: You. After we have a sense of Self we trigger the mindset, habits & behaviours to see how we are able to reach personal goals most effectively by working from the inside out.

Is there a method you follow?

Triple 'A' Method

Yes and No. I do follow a holistic method I have personally created throughout my own journey & career as a fitness professional, which helps with the raw structure of the transformation. But my main compass towards your whole life transformation is how your mind, body & soul is shifting through different external impacts.

Awareness

This pillar involves becoming conscious and aware of - Who you are/What you have (as a person)? - What are the thoughts, feelings, habits that are serving/not serving you at this phase of your life?
How do you feel within your body?
What are the stories you tell yourself?
What are you seeking?

Activation

The second pillar is guiding you to enable those habits & practices that are both serving you as a human being & your aligned goals by triggering & challenging your old mindset, belief systems, emotional intelligence & routine leading you towards your whole Self transformation & embodiment practice.

adaptation

The third pillar, also called as 'Embodiment' phase, is where you unite the first two phases -Awareness & Activation - into one by anchoring yourself back to your core self that you have learned to become aware of and to wholeheartedly nurture (activate) with the aligned and serving habits of yours.

What does 'Holistic' mean? &

Why Holistic Approach?

The word 'Holistic' means 'concerned with/addressing the whole person'.
This practice or approach includes a person's physical, emotional, mental, social, spiritual & financial health.
Every person is unique. Unique stories; unique bodies; unique thoughts; unique experiences; unique obstacles; unique goals & unique lives.Taking time to fully see, hear & understand a person (as a whole), creating a safe space & personalised 'methods' for their intentions, I believe, is the ultimate way of achieving one's goals, guide them towards their true selves & towards the life that fulfils them both as a Human Being & a Human 'Doing'.
